  • Analytics and dashboards
  • AI prompt configuration and optimization

We reserve the right to modify or improve the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Call Compliance & Legal Responsibility

You are fully responsible for how you use the Service, including:

  • Informing call participants about AI involvement
  • Informing about call recording where required
  • Obtaining legally required consent
  • Complying with telecom, privacy, and marketing laws

WonderCall provides the technology only and does not assume responsibility for how calls are conducted.

6. AI-Specific Terms

  • The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and configuring AI behavior

We do not guarantee correctness or reliability of AI-generated content.

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Credits

  • Access to the Service may require payment (subscription or usage-based)
  • Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
  • Prices may be updated at any time

Billing Rules:

  • Charges are based on usage (e.g. call minutes, features)
  • Payments are due immediately unless otherwise agreed
  • Fees are non-refundable, unless required by law

Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service.

  • Gross negligence
  • Injury to life, body, or health

For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable damages.

  • AI-generated errors or decisions
  • Third-party service failures

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WonderCall from any claims arising from:

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

Jurisdiction is the registered seat of BILIN GmbH, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
